Carolyn Gower
Carolyn became a widow in 2017 when her beloved husband, Tony, passed away from prostate cancer. In the midst of her own grief, she quickly realized just how grief-illiterate our society truly is. Determined to change that, she set out on a mission to normalize grief and create a world where widowed people feel seen, heard, and supported.
A self-proclaimed grief nerd, Carolyn now channels her passion into coaching widowed people worldwide, sharing insights through speaking, social media, and the My Person Died Too podcast. She’s also deeply committed to educating society on how to better support those navigating life with a grieving heart.
